8, 2001: Orphan and Discontinued Car Show and Picnic, hosted by our sister chapter CORSA
Northwest (CNW). This is a great event waiting to be discovered.
CNW has expanded the event this year. Saturday will be a
Corvair-only swap meet and picnic. There will be an evening BBQ
and onsite overnight camping, so bring your tents! Registration

4, 2001: Thomas' Picnic and Swap Meet for CORSA Northwest and Western Canada CORSA
just across the border in Lynden, WA. This year we are going to
try to provide a venue for folks to haggle and trade with their
parts collections. Ken Thomas has managed to secure some
sponsorship from a local GM dealership guaranteeing good eats

This is only a short drive over the border - last years' event
was well attended by WCC members.

18, 2001: Cruisers of Red Deer, Alberta. WCC's Alberta members
will be joining this 75 to 125 car event, to be held at the
Millenium building in downtown Red Deer. Registration from
11:00AM until noon; Show and Shine from noon til 4:00PM. Poker
Run starts at 4:15PM and finishes at a Pig Roast to complete the
